Black Bean Corn Salad
1 Can Black Beans (drained + rinsed)
1 1/2 Cup Corn (frozen)
1/2 onion (diced)
1 Can Diced Tomato and Green Chili's
Small Bunch of fresh Cilantro (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp. Olive Oil
3 dash Adobe Hot Sauce
Pepper (to taste)

Mix all together and refridgerate for several hours, then serve.

Verdicts
Papa: Good!
Kids: JC: Yum!, Roo: YUM! , Meme: true to form... wouldn't try it.
Mama: Almost to good to be true AND super easy. My new favorite salad!
