Taco Chicken Rice Casserole
6 Chicken Breasts (frozen)
1/2 Cup dried tomatoes (from the garden last year)
1/2 Cup chicken broth
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Dump in crock pot and cook until done.
Make rice (to be done 1/2 hour before serving)
Stir rice and chicken mix into casserole dish sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 350 until cheese is melted and hot through.
Verdicts
Papa: Delicious
Kids: JC and Roo ate it up, Meme didn't eat ... again!
Mama: This was good and easy to make... I bit to dry I needed to add some of the broth from the crock pot to make it juicer.
